Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and play on ge999, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must provide your identity and personal details accurately.
  • You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited.
  • Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
  • You must not operate an account on behalf of another person or using another person's information.

ge999 reserves the right to conduct age verification or identity verification at any time. An account may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

When registering on ge999, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure and any funds held may be forfeited.

3.2 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact the ge999 support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

ge999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following cases: fraud, providing false information, attempting to exploit technical advantages, operating multiple accounts, or any other breach of the rules.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ge999 is ৳300. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All deposit transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from ge999 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your identity verification must be complete before you can withdraw.

Please keep the following in mind when withdrawing:

  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method, where applicable.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account.
  • ge999 may put withdrawals on hold for unusual or suspicious transactions until the verification process is complete.

All transactions on ge999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, you must have an active account, and the bonus will be added automatically at the time of your first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet a 20x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
  • Each person may use each bonus only once.
  • Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses is strictly prohibited.
  • ge999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • ge999 reserves the right to exclude certain games or bet types from counting toward wagering requirements.

VIP Program and Cashback

The ge999 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier is determined by a player's overall activity and engagement. Detailed cashback rules are available from the ge999 support team. ge999 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ge999 platform:

  • Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
  • Playing using automated bots, scripts or software.
  • Attempting to interfere with the gaming system or software.
  • Attempting to harass or harm other players.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Placing artificial bets or colluding (coordinating between multiple accounts) for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
  • Attempting to access or use another person's account without authorisation.

If such activity is detected, ge999 may close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ge999 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is the exclusive property of ge999 or is licensed material. Copying, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior permission from ge999 is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ge999 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, internet disconnection or third parties. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ge999 does not guarantee its suitability for any particular purpose.

Gaming is inherently risky. Players accept this risk knowingly. ge999 is not responsible for any losses.
